So, while I was asleep this morning my 7 yo unlocked the front door and let in
some woman who needed to use the phone because her car was stolen. Time to have a refresher course on Stranger Danger, I think.

Good heart and intentions but... If you need resources, go to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children's site, AmberAlert or KlassKids (Marc Klass' site for children) I'm glad it turned out okay.

2. Thanks. My husband thinks I am crazy for closing the windows in their room at night but I
worry that they are too easy to take. These broken trailer screens just pop right out and voila, you're able to come inside.

3. You were very lucky. Yikes!
Did the woman at least ask if your child's parents were there? I can't imagine going into a stranger's house if a child answers the door! Good grief.

4. Oh she had to know we were there by the time she got inside. There
was a clear line of sight from the trailer door to our bedroom this mroning. And it was hot so hubby and I were in bed with very little on.
