1. I started practicing Soaring Crane qigong after I was diagnosed with cancer.
I found that it relaxed me quite a bit. I've also really enjoyed the classes offered here at Cancer Lifeline. I've been studying yoga for years and I think that if you enjoy and benefit from qigong, you would like yoga as well. :hi:

stick with one form. Using more than one type of energy cultivation practices can create conflicting qi movement. Myself,I do the falun gong cultivation exercises.

10. I've been thinking of trying it
a place near me offers it, unfortunately its on the night I usually go to the climbing gym. Hopefully they'll offer it on some other nights.

11. My mom has recently become a huge fan of tai chi
she loves that it's improving her balance and how it relaxes and grounds her at the same time. Me, I'm more into the cardio scene. I do cycling, although I do love some good yoga stretching afterwards. :hi:
