May is Mental Health month
I had a very emotional night.

The class I facilitated for the Mental Health Association had their opening reception at our county arts council's gallery tonight. The work on display was stuff that they created in the 12 weeks that I had the privilege of overseeing. Their art looked fabulous framed and hung, and to see the pride on their faces moved me beyond words. I am so proud of each and every one of them.
