My dog is trying to kill me
Edited on Thu May-17-07 04:04 PM by Lil Missy
Three times today, he has darted from behind me between my legs to obstruct my path and trip me. Actually, I think he was encouraged to do this by the cats, (who often plot against me while I am gone).

I'm certain it is because I took him to the groomer yesterday. Long story, but I fired them yesterday for keeping him for 10 fucking hours, and had their phone off the hook the whole time.

He is getting even with me. It's a good thing I adore the little shit.

2. Dominance issue?
I wonder whether the dog is trying to assert dominance by beating you out of doorways, etc. You may want to reestablish who's boss with him.

3. It's entirely possible he picked that up at the groomers
LOL. What else could he have done for ten hours? That is pretty outrageous for him to have to stay that long.

4. my old boy always, always, always had to go first.
he was a maniac point man.

people went flying in all directions when he wanted to go out of a door -- or in a door.

of course if he was coming in -- he to greet you all over again -- as if he hadn't seen you all day.

and um uh -- he had no dominance issues -- he just wanted to be first in line.
