I've worn a bra all day today,
and frankly, I don't know how people stand this.

I usually do this this time of year--try wearing one of these monstrosities because I'll be wearing lighter clothing, and, well, someone says women are supposed to. I get one with the least metal I can find (hate things digging into my skin), widest straps, just generally as comfortable as I can find.

I've worn it all day. And I'm ready to scream.

How do others put up with this?!!

Tomorrow, back to a comfy camisole and just wearing sweaters over my blouses in settings where it might matter.

As God intended.

2. Sorry to disappoint.
Still, feel free to let your imagination take you where it will.

Who am I to ruin a good time?

3. I would love to get away with just a cami but ...
.... uhmm, some of us sorta have to wear a bra ... and not just a cute Victoria's Secret little bra, but a sort of steel-belted, reinforced contraption. :(

5. I like bras a lot better now that I've got the right size.
I still go without whenever possible, though.

10. Sometimes I don't wear one in the winter
If I've got a turtleneck and sweater on mine are small enough so it's not noticeable. But at work I have to when not wearing 2 layers or I'd probably get written up/fired/stared at. Once I get home it's the first thing that comes off.

12. I'm really lucky.
My collective employer sees my "laid-back ways"--my Okabashi sandals, camis instead of bras, etc--as part of my charm. Assures them I'm not one of those uptight preacher types, from which many of them have fled. I know I get away with things I never could in a REAL office. I used to work in a real office, where I was actually more careful about dress than many. (Still no bra, though). I know I have it good here.

And I am grateful everyday.

20. The only thing we can get away with is raunchy conversation
when we close the lunch room door. We sometimes have client visits and are told to 'keep it down' on those days.

them small enough to suit me.

15. Never wear one in colder weather but have to in warmer
weather. I have loathed bras all my life - UNTIL - I came across Victoria's Secret Ipex wireless bras. I could sleep in them if I had to! Check them out.

17. Do they grow as you get older???
I started out life as a 34A when I was 12... now at almost 45 I'm a 38C. Sheesh. And yes, I have to have wire support. The bra just doesn't cut it otherwise.

But today I wore a sport bra, so that was better. :-)

I'd love to wear spaghetti strap tank tops and those cute sun dresses and fun bikinis and fitted button down oxfords and, well, whatever it is you wear that I can't without strapping the girls in and then having them beg to be let out!!
