I plead the Fifth on the 'fun' thingy, but I did always wonder whether the other one ever felt left out of the party because it wasn't perceived as being as much fun...these kinds of concerns make me sad, you know... :-(

I miss a lot of stuff about the way it used to be here, mostly that I didn't feel like I was going into combat -- a guerilla war, mostly -- every damned time I enter the Lounge. The Good Old Days really were better, in a lot of ways, but maybe that's just partly a numbers game. Regardless, there're people here who've been here since the Lounge made a fundamental change in prevailing winds -- relative newcomers, though veterans of these past couple of years -- who I value very highly and I am happy that I stuck around (or came back around) to make their acquaintance.
