10. It depends on what they're fed.

If they're vegetarians, the flavor is more tangy than if they eat a lot of meat, which gives the human a more creamy taste. As for texture, that usually depends upon the amount of exercise. Tribal people who don't have cars and travel mostly by foot have more muscle, so they're kind of stringy, and only taste good fried.

Fried food is pretty bad for your health, so if you want a human that tastes good when prepared in a more healthful manner, such as baking, you'll have to get a fat one.

vegans and vegetarians are very useful in this respect, their meat is technically cleaner, but often too lean.

i like a little marbling in my meat, so i go for the fatties.

14. Soylent Green, anyone? I don't want any exotic animal. Last night on

Globetrekker on PBS, the lead travel gal was in Stockholm and ate reindeer meat, tongue, and liver pate. Also Swedish lox (salmon). I almost barfed in my bedroom.

I will only eat some kinds of sushi -- don't enjoy raw fish much at all.
