2. I've heard of them, but not real familiar. I think they're sort of an
offshoot of Southern Rock. Check out their website.

3. Jam band type stuff I believe...
Warren Haynes from the Allman Brothers band. Not horrible, but if your tastes run towards Weird Al, it may not be your bag.

5. Well, first off, it's Gov't Mule
Don't ask me why, but the band never spells it out.

Anyway, the band kinda lost something when bassist Allen Woody died a few years back. They've put out some great albums since then with guest bassists, but the live show has been lacking. Still, if you like blues-based jam bands like the Allmans (of which both Woody and guitarist Warren Haynes are former members) and, to a certain extent, Led Zeppelin, you should dig this band.
