I won't be able to go home, as I have to stay in Stevens Point for other reasons.

Keep in mind, I live in a dorm, and I'm not good at cooking.

4. Make it after, when stores dump their corned beef!
It will taste just as good on Sunday, and cost far less. I'll be hitting the grocery store on Sunday and will stock my freezer up with a few pieces of corned beef.
