If you liked the spork, you'll LOVE the Knork!

The Knork's unique functional and structural abilities are due to its design. This improved universal fork is a combination of the particular functions and characteristics of a knife and fork. With its balanced handle and enlarged end, the Knork provides a greater surface which is able to fit and press against the palm of the user's hand providing stability and comfort when using the tool as a knife.

The head is comprised of both outer and inner fork tines. The inner fork tines have a shape consistent with a typical fork that is commonly used but the outer tines have increased width. The outer curved edges may be dull, intentionally sharpened, or serrated. Its curved outer edges provide increased cutting capability through a unique rocking motion.

The handle's balanced and smooth contour also features a finger platform flanking both sides which allows a person to press one or more fingers against the side of the fork for comfort when cutting. This also allows the Knork to be used by persons having either a right-handed or left-handed orientation.

2. The outer tines have semi-sharp edges.
The handle is thicker.
It's the 'next' big thing.

3. The head is COMPOSED OF, not, I repeat not, COMPRISED OF!!!
jesus Christ, if the inventor is looking to get a patent, he or she should be denied one because of a lack of understanding of basic English.

10. Comprised - composed
Although “comprise” is used primarily to mean “to include,” it is also often stretched to mean “is made up of”—a meaning that some critics object to. The most cautious route is to avoid using “of” after any form of “comprise” and substitute “is composed of” in sentences like this: “Jimmy’s paper on Marxism was composed entirely of sentences copied off the Marx Brothers Home Page.”

1 composed - made up of individual elements; "if perception is seen as composed of isolated sense data..."
combined - made or joined or united into one

Guess I could go either way?

11. Weaseling: "The most cautious route?" It's still wrong. I'll brook no weenie excuses on
one. it's just people who think that "comprise" is a sexier word than "compose."

It's pure semantic laziness, and I'll have none of it.

It's a pet peeve of mine, too.

Irregardless of our previous contratemps, I stand behind you on this one.
