I love Chinese restaurant menus
Peking Duck

Experience the glorious Chinese culinary cutler w. this extraordinary cuisine. The whole duckling is marinated w. our chef spicy-mix, then snow-roasted to perfection w. immaculate care, served w. pancakes, scallions and Hoi-sen sauce.

3. hehe
I once was at a Chinese buffet and the card identifying the dish below read "chicken chest"....lmao. Guess maybe they thought "breast" might be too provocative...

4. our "local" place
has a dish on the menu I'd been dying to have, a shrimp number with mayo, maraschino cherries, and... "sarcastic lemon".

I finally had it, it was kinda sickly sweet. Anyone have any idea what the translation was supposed to be for "sarcastic lemon"? :D

7. Chicken with snowplows
One of our local Chinese restaurants for a time had "chicken with snowplows" on their menu.

8. I'll bet they meant "bitter" lemon
And opted for the wrong definition. Happens so often when something is tranlitereted.

6. beef plasma
was one of the ingredients listed on a package of fake crab I once bought. They probably meant broth, but I can't eat fake crab anymore because the memory is just too strong!

9. Best one I've ever seen:
A take out menu describing one of the seafood items as "home-fried crap."
