I really (for the first time) feel like Cassandra....
I can't believe the people are so completely snowed....
I hate this President.... I hate the way he smirks and tosses his head when he thinks he has "stuck it to someone" (what gestures does he have that you hate?)
I hate the anti-intellectualism that he has subjected us to.
I hate the way Democrats are divided.... we will NEVER get this man out ANY other way.
If my mom was not elderly, I would move to Canada!

between being terrified he'll stay in power, and having the hope that people are finally so disgusted that they'll vote him out of office in a free election in November.

Canada won't be far enough away.

We have a son who is only in 11th grade now, and we're feeling trapped, but we're exploring alternatives.

8. I've been feeling the same way lately

I feel like the Democratic party should just bend over and take it up the tailpipe. I feel that this country doesn't want a second party anymore. I feel like everyone doesn't even want to think about government; they just want it to exist for them, and they're perfectly happy with Bush. I feel like people think religion and politics should be intertwined. I feel like women's rights are being washed down the toilet as I type.

Stick a fork in America. It's done.
