did you ever get your eggs boiled BTW kiddo? I swear, I am a kitchen guru as well until it comes to hard boiled eggs...do I start with them in the water, or wait, how long, and for how many, do I cool naturally, drain right away or put them in ice water?

My hard boiled eggs never peel really well either...sigh...some day

Start with cold water, bring to boil, turn down heat a little and cook for 15 minutes.

After cooking, put eggs in a bowl of cold water (to avoid the graying of the yolk).
