"DELRAY BEACH - She got the notice in the mail.

Her parents, now deceased, had once rented a storage locker in Delray Beach. If somebody didn't clean out the locker -- or make back payments -- the items inside would be sold at auction.

The woman and her husband flew to Florida to see what the parents left behind.

What they discovered Monday made them shudder.

Amid dusty furniture and other relics was the body of a baby boy. It was wrapped delicately in a 1950s newspaper, nested inside a large suitcase."

Is this unusual or is this just Florida?
