i hate being a girl

i'm staving off a meltdown right now. i am trying to get ready for the company party tonight but i have nothing to wear and my hair is not cooperating.

the only time i really dress up is if i'm going to a club but those clothes really aren't appropriate for a work function. i've tried on every possible combination of the few nice skirts/tops i have and hate them all.

and don't even ask about the hair. a chimp on acid could do my hair better than i.

i am so not a girly girl

bah! it'd be so much easier if i were a man.

8. oh girl -- i know what you mean -- i mail ordered these pumps --

and i wore them last saturday night -- they were AWFUL -- and my wig -- i spent all day trying to get some height{sometimes i do two wigs one on the other but not that night} into that thing -- well it must have bee too humid or something.

SO then we went all karaoke -- and it was my turn -- and everyone was laughing -- big tme -- and i had left the house all britny spears!!!!

I thought you were going to talk about PMS or menstrual pain, things which we females have to contend with.
As for the demands made on you to put up a certain appearance, let me suggest that you get something that you can always wear, like nice black pants with a black shirt or a simple black dress, if you need to be dressier.
As for your hair, I also have unruly hair. Is it long enough to pull into ponytail? If so, do that, pin it up and put on nice earrings.
I'd be glad to talk to you about acquiring a minimum wardrobe so you don't have these problems in the future.
