Congrats, looks good so far! I always hate the multiple sitting tattoos, I always want them done NOW! Of course, I only have about a 3.5hr sitting tolerance, so all big pieces I get end up taking multiple sittings. Have fun sleeping tonight!

25. This requires some explanation

In my novel there are people on Mars that have an underground society that is about 2000 years more advanced than ours. These people are human except that they have stripes of raised spots covered with soft hair that run from behind the ears, down the spine to points at the tail-bone. They branch at the base of the neck, running down the top of the shoulders and branch at the bottom of the ribcage, wrapping around a little to the chest. I call them the lacaesha.

When I sell this book, my first book check is going toward having these spots tattooed on my back just as I described. I'm a "ginger kid", so I have spots (freckles) already - and I was thinking about getting the artist to use browns and reds - no black - to just texture the freckles into theses spots.

I really can't wait - it will probably take a few sessions but they should look really cool and provide a physical attachment to my art.
