24. Seems like a niche market.
For a good niche.

A very good niche.

Hell, a finger-lickin' good niche.

What?

5. Step one - go shopping, buy whipping cream
Step two - place whipping cream, electric mixer beaters, and stainless steel mixing bowl into refrigerator for an hour.

Step three - cream in bowl, add some sugar, mixer on, engage whippage.

Step four - when desired thickness of whipped-ness, stop.

Step five - enjoy with fresh berries and lemon pound cake. :9

Damn...I need a new electric mixer...

12. I've been staring longingly at them in stores for longer than I care to admit.
One of these says I'll get one. I bake from scratch a lot, it'd get plenty of use.

22. I'm holding off on that until the kid is older and I can have more nice things.
I have a T-Fal set that looks like it's been run over by my car, but it works.

I do have a really nice Sabatier carbon steel chef's knife, though. That thing's my baby.

I have a reallynice Henckels Santoku and a prettynice Henckels chef's knife. I'm wanting these:

$236 bucks really isn't that bad for three quality knives.

And be much more expensive to boot. Unless you'd rather have the mixer?
