The annual Ice and Snow Festival has opened in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province in northeast China. The festival is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

4. Great pics, but who the hell would miss winter?
If it weren't for my family and friends here in Ohio I would live somewhere south of I-40.
