Wait for it.

Yup. Merry fucking Christmas everyone.

11. I could deal with that.
I'm probably going to end up having dinner at the OG tonight because my family is dumb and can't make proper reservations. It's my sister's birthday dinner.

3. I'll be home alone on Christmas so you'll probably
see me online.
That's as much cheer as anyone's going to see out of me.

10. I had company for the start of Hannuka.
And I've never been Christian so it's not a bad thing. Of course, after being inundated with Christmas jingles and advertising it's hard to feel like it's not my holiday too.

9. I'll probably be online in the morning, but Christmas Day will be pretty busy
Family stuff at home, then at my favorite aunt's house (probably including a screening of Porno Jim's movie), then probably hanging out with Steph. We drive around and look at the windows of happy families.

25. I'll be seeing my parents later in the week
My BIL is a Freeper, and likes to pick fights. Two Xmases ago, I left at about 4:00 am because I was so enraged by him. I'll miss seeing my niece and nephew, but it's easier for my parents this way.

So, I'll spend the day reading, watching dvds, and seeing if I get a drunken call from Haruka. And, now, chatting with you online.

13. My SO and I put up decorations last night
Which consist of 6 handmade Pakistani ornaments my sister sent when she was stationed over there (I tacked them up in the living room archway thingy-dingy - that's the technical term) and a stuffed Rudolph, Yukon Cornelius and Abominable Snowman who sit on the stereo. No tree, no gifts, no nuttin else (oh, except the string of orange lights covered with plastic pumpkins that's still strung across the living room wall from Halloween - we decided they can double as Christmas decorations).

I sent out all my gifts yesterday so as far as I'm concerned, Christmas is over and I'll drink to that! :toast:

20. My grandmother is INSANE!
It was apparently directed at my Aunt Kathy (also insane), who, incidentally, I challenged to a fight on Christmas three years ago. She got in my face first and she backed down.

Good times.

We went out to a nice dinner for my sister's 19th birthday, then I came home and talked to my favorite DUer on the phone.

ask for more, but it's not likely you'd get it.

Enjoy your holidays, ms h32k.

32. The puppy is welded to my leg and dozing, and the cat is draped on my bad shoulder, keeping
it warm, and dozing as well. They both thank you, as do I. I'm a happy SOB right now. You be happy too, you hear?
