I'd choose to be taller. I'm 5'8"...I'd like to be about 6'4".

up my height to 7 foot. Then I would have my bones be like titanium or someting wiz like that. Next stop - muscles. I'd have my musculature replaced with something like a lizards muscles, they are like 3x dense as human muscle and way stronger. Then I would be basically a chiseled statuesque form witht his super dense musculature. Then I would add the bat wings. Follow up with a tail with some wicked barbs on the end of it, loaded with a psychtropic poison that would be "natural" so it would replenish the supply. Claws and fangs naturally. My head would be more like a wolfs head, without the fur and the flesh pulled tight across the bones. Horns of course. Maybe a poison gland for my bite, something cool, like a numbing bite. Sorta like a lizards, but way more powerful. Top it off with red-glowing eyes and you got the transformed me...

If you wanted a real-world answer... nothin really. Maybe lose some weight, just cause now I have something to live for.
