Damn, I just said hello to a woman today and I can't get her out of my mind.
I thought this kind of thing only happened when I was a younger man. But I passed this beautiful lady on the stairs today, and I actually felt weak for a moment. She is gorgeous, and I don't know what to do. I must see her again, just if even to say hi. I feel like a teenager. It's so hard to meet people these days, without them thinking that you're a stalker or something. I wish life and love could be simpler...

1. Is she performing brain surgery on you?
If so, it would explain why you can't get her out of your mind.

15. Naw, it's at work. There are about 7,500 people here.
It's sometimes difficult to see the same person more than once in a week unless they work in the immediate area.

She's just the girl for me
And I want all the world to see
We've met
Na na na na na na ....

Fallin, yes I am fallin'
And she keeps callin'
Me back again ...

9. You remind me of this quote...
"A fellow will remember a lot of things you wouldn't think he'd remember. You take me. One day, back in 1896, I was crossing over to Jersey on the ferry, and as we pulled out, there was another ferry pulling in, and on it there was a girl waiting to get off. A white dress she had on. She was carrying a white parasol. I only saw her for one second. She didn't see me at all, but I'll bet a month hasn't gone by since that I haven't thought of that girl."

11. It Is Hard To Reach Out
everyone is moving fast, not paying attention to what is going on.

Here's a principle that I believe is very true: anyone that comes within 5 feet of you deserves your acknowledgment with a smile, a hello, whatever kind of salutations are appropriate.

Most will respond in kind, and if they don't, do you really want to go there anyhow?

Say hi to her, smile at her.

Or you could stalk her as someone said. Remember the movie "Woman In Red" with Gene Wilder?

Follow his lead!

(just razzing you man, seriously, look out for her, make a point to talk to her. Nothing may ever come of it, but you'll never know unless you try!)

18. It won't get any better, I'm afraid.
When I was in college, I used to go jogging around the lake on campus. It was a measured mile around the shore, so two or three laps would be a good workout. One day, I was jogging around the lake and coming toward me was a very pretty young lady. I said "hi" to her, and she replied with an appealingly shy "hi" right back. I had hoped to see her coming around again, but she must have finished her run before my second lap, because I didn't see her again. Or, I should say, I never saw her again. I still think about her, and that was nearly twenty years ago.

I hope you see her again, my friend, and something good results. B-)

21. You won't see her for a while, as you look constantly.
Then one day while you are in some sort of romantic comedy sort of ridiculous physical position or somehow pant-less due to an unfortunate beverage mishap, she will walk into the room. Guaranteed.
