I'm a 44-year-old straight male, by the way. Running around the room is not one of my needs.

Getting exercise is still one of my needs, but I haven't been doing a very good job of it lately.

I was critically looking at how the hierarchy is arranged by Maslow, and how it might be incorrect. The heirarchy varies for every person at any given moment.
