I am so busy and I really feel like something is going on with this "piece of ground" and the other heirs, who've just now, conveniently, developed a sense of family, and who are Republicans (sorry, but I just don't trust Republicans anymore), AND who are somehow involved in a sale of this property with oil and gas wells on it. I just have a problem with that. Too many things going on at once, you know? People wanting easements, people having sentimental feelings after almost fifty years of not having them, and some kind of sale my side of the family is not privy to. I got a problem with that. I'm just real curious about at this point.
You know how when something smells; something sends your attenae up? This situation does it for me. There's too much casualness, you know? Studied casual. Oh, we're going into the "pre-sale stages now." Pre-sale stages? Pre-sale?
You know, I don't like that term, pre-sale. There's no such term in the law of land conveyance. This is a made up term, whose message is meant to convey that things have already gone so far that you cannot stop them. I used to be a bill collector; I know a made up term when I hear one.
I'm being bullshitted. Why and for how much remains to be seen, but this will be an interesting and informative journey, I am sure.
