8. No...not at all....she was an 18 year old....in pretty big trouble...

...I helped her get to where she needed to go and she was truly appreciative...in fact, she'd been crying (the poor thing). It really was a genuine compliment. And, one of the best ones I've had in years (at work, anyway ;-)).
