199 pounds this morning!
Last week I posted I was three pounds away from being under 200... well, I guess whatever I did on the weekend pushed me over the edge or something cause this morning I'm 199. IN february I was 243 pounds.

1. Way to go!
If your scale is anything like my doctor's scale, you weigh even less than that.

My dr's scale lies...it reads waaay too high.

And my closet shrunk my uniform jacket. I wish SOMETHING would work right!

7. LEtting my tapeworm do its thing!
No, it started out because I went on meds for my OCD. That suppressed my appetite and I quit drinking. Then I just started eating smaller meals more frequently and bang... I lost a shitload of weight. I am going to start working out soon too... gotta tightenup.

I know what it's like to lose a lot, I took off over sixty pounds over the course of three years.



I thought I was so smart, eating less and such, turns out it was diabetes and my docs all say they can't figure out why I hadn't keeled over long ago. :( I'm feeling much better now, though, and I have to watch that I don't start packing on the lard again.
