Why do I dread Mondays so much?

I've just had this knot in my stomach all day. Most Sundays actually, unless I am already working,in which case it feels like just another day.

Well this week we are doing our annual performance reviews. This year, my boss asked us to fill out a questionnaire on how well we thought we did and asking what else we'd like to discuss. I have a few issues with some of my co-workers and some of the way we do things so I told him so. Now I am nervous. Not that I will be in trouble but that maybe I was a little too emphatic.

Also, I HATE that I have no idea what I will be doing tomorrow. We do not plan our various activities very well and so I never know for sure if I am home at 5 tomorrow or working until 9. If I had a social life, it would wreak havoc with it. But since I don't, I don't know why it bothers me so. No one else seems to care about this system or lack thereof that we have.

I am also pissed that they called me Thursday to come in Friday (I had already worked 40 hours Sun-Wed, so I was off) to go do some counts on a red tide fish kill that turned out to be a complete waste of time. Meanwhile everyone else in the office that had hours left went to a guy's going away party. I really needed a few uninterrupted days of rest. I am going to stop answering my phone on the weekends, I swear it. They can find someone else to do that crap. We don't get paid overtime or I might feel differently about it.

I am not sure why they even needed my help. Just one of those things.
