I'm sitting at SFO waiting to board a plane for Orlando.
What should I do?

And...do you know how hard it is for even a guy to cram all of his liquids into 3 oz bottles?

1. Prepare yourself for this ridiculous heat we're having here.
Actually, you're coming at a fairly decent time, because temps are supposed to drop drastically tomorrow. But it's really freakin' hot today.

Have a safe flight!

2. Thanks
What sucks is the whole week-long event is Business Casual, which means no shorts or jeans.

So I'll be in thin wool (but wool nonetheless) slacks all week

Thank Willis Haviland for AC!!!

3. Not that anyone cares about my opinion, but...
I was always of the opinion that if you were required to attend a work function in a full-on tourist destination, then you should be able to dress as a full-on tourist for said work function. And I think Orlando qualifies.

4. I agree...especially in hot as all fuckall places like FL
Our managers had to attend a Worldwide event in Singapore...yet they all had to wear ties...

That has to suck as well

5. Boy, that's a shithole of an airport.
Even the bars suck.

Good luck getting out of there.

17. PDX is nice but...you still have to go accross town for a car rental
I like how Austin's is right outside the front doors.

19. Spot of bother to catch a shuttle down 82nd Ave to get your car,
I'll agree.

Lucky the business traveler who can take the lightrail downtown and just walk, bus, or train everywhere else. Evidently that is not you.

18. Yeah. It's one of the more comfortable airports.
I especially enjoy the return experience, but departure is not so bad.

I never feel like I'm stuck in some fucking dungeon, like I do in so many other airports.

9. What kind of liquids are you trying to cram in those bottles?
:P  I know how it is, though... :grr:

Hope you have safe travels! Don't fry too badly in Orlando. (And just think---it's rainy and cool in NC right now. :P) Flip Mickey Mouse off for me while you're there! :bounce: :P
