There's a "last chance" high school right down the street..."Next Step San Quentin" juvenile hall kids. Real knee pockets crowd. I rent, I could give a rat's ass. I've spoken to some of the homeowners here who were PISSED when this "facility" came to town. It looks like a minimum security prison because, after all, that's what it is. These kids all have the "gangsta walk" down cold.
