The Five Weirdest Questions People Asked OSHA

Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA Foulke's memory is shorter than his dick because he chose "For employee bathrooms, what kind of toilet seat does OSHA require?" as weird question number three. This question isn't weird because, for the first ten years OSHA was in business, there was an OSHA rule covering toilet seats in workplaces. (They had to be black, with an open front and no lid.) Worse: OSHA made a whole lot of money fining companies for Incorrect Toilet Seat. The rule was rescinded a long time ago, but people who've been dealing with OSHA for a long time know OSHA is capable of pulling safety violations out of thin air. So yeah, I'm gonna ask.
