3. HEy, Ms. Sinne--

We did the drench thing. I got to work this morning soaked from the knees down. Shockoe Bottom escaped flooding this round although one of our parks has water up to the rim of the basketball goals. There are lots of power outages around town but we lucked out.

It is good to be home under my own roof.
