I was just having an absolutely terrible day and was so deporessed that someone just saying "hi" probably would have set me off.

Welcome. This really is a nice community, but it's a good idea to take a break every now and then. I do and it helps to preserve my sanity. But I always come back. DU is like crack sometimes.

5. Well, its was either get better or kill myself.

I just hate it when I get that down - like they used to say about the beat generation - they were sitting on the floor looking down. That was me yesterday.

Sometimes I just have to slap myself upside the head and tell myself to just get over it.
