100 degree day report: 18 days in a row; 41 this year
104 degrees Thursday, and also today. It is 91 at midnight, with 42 %humidity. Forecasting at least 101 for tomorrow.

Our yearly average is 16 100 degree days, and last year (which we all thought was awful) there were 18 all told.

We knew we were in for a bad one when it was 100 degrees on Easter Weekend, but this is ridiculous.

As of this morning's paper when it had NOT gotten to 100 today yet, we were tied for # 7 in all time records for days in a row and total for a year. I would presume we are now at #6.

You know, God made Hell, and decided it wasn't hot enough so he had to make Texas.

2. I feel for you.
We are just as bad here in Oklahoma. It was 108° today, they are forecasting 106° for tomorrow.

We're nearing the record of 50 days of 100° set in 1980. 26 people in Oklahoma have died of heat-related causes this year.

3. I'm here in Texan hell too
Don't you hate it when the weatherman says, every f'ing day, "It's still not as bad as 1980..."? Who cares about 1980...we're dyin'...dyin' I hate this place. I apologize if you consider Texas your home.
