2gigs and with Sony Altrac3 you can actually get about 1200-1300 songs with the same exact quality. And no need for lugging cables around because it connects directly into your computer.

Someone please tell me to stop it

1. I haven't even gotten my first one yet. So...send me your old one
and you can say you lost it/it was stolen and then buy the new one guilt free. Works for me. :D :loveya:

2. I'd have no problem with that
I mean, this is is a great MP3 player that I absolutely love. I just want more capacity. By the time I get my entire Zeppelin collection on it, I only have room for about 300 additional songs. The quote for song count you can get on the player is based on 4min songs, which trust me, Zeppelin exceeds plenty of time including several amazing 30 minute versions of Dazed & Confused and some of their other earlier works.

Only problem is right now I don't have the extra money on me, but if that changes I'll let you know

3. Give in further to the technophilia.
Embrace the cold, sterile plastic. Imagine its cool touch on your skin and the comforting foam of the earbuds. Buy it now, and buy its smaller replacement in six more months.

4. I know I know
but seriously, I just want more capacity and I like the Sony's because their Altrac3 compresses better than MP3 so you get more songs on a smaller unit that is way more affordable than anything Apple puts out.

And I promise if I buy this that this will be my last one for awhile - PROMISE

9. I was being serious!
I am a total gadget-freak, and I am waaaay past the stage of buyers' remorse.

But you make an excellent point re: the price vs. an iPod.

7. I love the one I have
I can carry it on my key change with the holder I bought for it. It looks like a cigerette lighter

6. I just use my 6-in-1 camera or iPAQ with SD cards. Most of the SD cards
are 2GB anyway.

8. I can't help you
I've got a perfectly acceptable 20GB iPod, but I really, really want the 60GB that plays video and displays the album artwork...sigh.
