Benzedrine and benzos are different. Benzodiazepam is a downer whereas benzedrine is speed. I take speed (Adderall-a mixed salt amphetamine) in the mornings for my ADD, but since I'm ADD, it actually makes me act normal.

I was prescribed painkillers when I had pleurisy, but I never bothered filling the prescription.

Also only available through a physician. Eye drops and ear drops count too. Also, some drugs were prescription, but no longer are. Do they count? It's very complex. ;-)
