Poll question: Robb dingbat or not?

Despite the work of numerous investigators, Robb's status as a dingbat is still unclear. I propose a poll with participants drawn from the DU population that specifically tests this hypothesis.

Robb himself says Robb is a dingbat. And who am I to overrule him?

perhaps a more objective criteria for assessing dingbatness is needed.

Because absent other information it is clear that his self-designation is subjective. The apparently objective acceptance of a subjective position does not, in itself, make is objective.

We need to define the criteria in which "dingbatness" consists, and then apply those criteria to Robb.

Robb's opinion of himself as a "dingbat" is clearly subjective, because it is subject to his own biases and prejudices. However, Robb himself is in a better position than any of us to know Robb, and all of the evidence which would tend to either support or discredit his position that he is, indeed, a dingbat. Therefore, even though Robb's opinion is subjective to him, it is still the best evidence available to us, so for us to adopt Robb's position based on his superior knowledge of Robb is for us to form an objective opinion. Or something.

In order to provide an objective criteria for this poll, these are definitions of a dingbat:
Slang. An empty-headed or silly person.
An object, such as a brick or stone, used as a missile.
Slang. An unspecified gadget or other small article, especially one whose name is unknown or forgotten.
Printing. A typographical ornament or symbol.
