I know all about lower back pain/spasms.

11. I wish I was there.

I know how to ever so lightly do a back rub. Most people are way too rough when they do a back massage, but I know just how to do it gently. I used to massage my boss' back way back when. She had degenerative disk disease and her husband was way too rough. I happily obliged. :evilgrin:
