Had a great evening - I saw the Boston Pops at Tanglewood - "Bernstein on Broadway". A good friend of mine is working in Vermont for the summer, and she came down for the concert. I managed to score some great seats for us. It rained like hell today, so we had our picnic in my office instead of on the lawn.

Now she's fast asleep in the guest room, and I'm just spooking around online before I hit the hay myself.

I am in a small state of shock to have just received an email from a close friend who lives in Sefat, Israel informing me that 7 rockets have hit his usually sleepy mountain town. the rockets struck the mostly arab university a few hundred years from his yeshiva, and there were numerous injuries.

We would never have an apartment in the middle of Oklahoma without it. It's a cool 65 degrees in here right now. There's not any ac in my car, but I'm usually cold all day at work, so the ride home isn't too bad, listening to the radio classics channel on Sirius all the way home. It's fun.
