I used to work with a guy that was divorced and had a young child (maybe 9 or 10, but I forget) When he had custody of the child, he brought him to PG-13 and R rated movies just to piss off the kid's mother because he knew she wouldn't like it.

Fortunately, I was able to recognize the intent of the shirts before I reacted to them. Ignoring them made them a less appealing fashion statement.

If I had the chance to do go back and marry him again; I'd insist that Mr GoG and his ex get counseling before I took any vows. There was a lot of misery caused by their unwillingness to communicate with each other. All kinds of nasty little games were played on both sides of the fence.

but my husband just started a new job about a month ago, so he has limited vacation time. It would have to be a "quickie" vacation or just me and the kid. Maybe we can do a long weekend kinda thing. I still want to stay in that haunted hotel....


My son was like that at first with the pool, and now he won't leave it. He passed his deep water test last year. We went to the local water park for the first time last week (despite it being not far from where I live, I had never been there!) and spent 4 hours in the wave pool. He loved it. My ankles were about to break though, from the constant motion. (I prefer the ocean.) ;)
