Do you think the admins would ban kudzu threads?

Kudzu II is showing staying power, so I was just wondering: what if? What if Kudzu II also broke 1000 posts, and eventually the mods locked it. It seems likely someone would start a Kudzu III. And a Kudzu IV? How many Kudzu threads before kudzu becomes une topique interdit?

22. I think the 2nd one is growing on me

First, I thought it was lame and derivative - a mere copycat of a legend, but now I think it is becoming its own legend that fits with the first. The kudzu thread was a thread that would not die. Okay, it finally got napalmed by a moderator, but just like kudzu, it spread itself with seeds and one of those seeds took root and so this new thread is a continuation of the legend. The legend lives on, and, like true love, it will never die!

That first word should be replaced by "plough" showing that the circle of life continues. "All who are born die, and all who die are reborn." The scythe cuts down one crop, but the plough prepares the field (okay, it actually rapes the earth, as Wendell Barry said "beating swords into ploughs is just exchanging one weapon for another") for next spring.
