I did something completely stupid today

well more stupid than usual anyway.

I backed my truck (a Nissan frontier) into another parked truck (some huge Ford thing). Actually I backed into the trailer hitch, so there was no damage to that truck. But I will tell them about it Monday (another state agency's vehicle, doubt that they will care). But now my bumper has a trailer-hitch shaped dent in it. I could probably get some auto body place to pound it out for me. It pisses me off when I do stuff like this. I was tired and hot and not really paying attention I guess.
My truck is not exactly unblemished (if you park in a parking lot with other cars, your doors WILL have marks on them). Still.

1. Meh, I ran into a metal pole a while back.

I was on some new medication which, I guess, made me fuzzy. I was doing the drive-thru ATM thing but somehow misjudged where my car was and I slammed right into this fire-hydrant-sized metal pole thing. Dented my car and felt like an ass to boot.

2. I backed into a small concrete fence a few months ago. We tried

to color in the dent, but it's still there. I'm not planning to repair it on a 1997 Mercury. I already have a few other dings.

At least none of us got hurt in these minor accidents.
