I'm thinking.... Bush secretely divorced Laura and has been married to Condi for six years. Proof? Condi calls Bush husband. She's obviously sleeping with him, come on. Laura is rarely with W, and always looks as though she will shatter into tears at any moment. Laura is now living in a hotel instead of the White House, and Condi shares the WH bedroom.

And I think Britney Spears is their child, but I can't prove it.

... but basically what it means is this: having a good enough reputation that people automatically trust what you have to say because they know you are a solid journalist who double-checks facts and sources.
