4. They can be leash-trained.
One of my friends has a leash-trained rabbit. My rabbits are pretty much indoor rabbits, but for outside play, I got them a "playpen" in lieu of trying to get them used to a leash. They do love their playpen though. It has a cover, but no floor, so they get to romp around in the grass on dry days.

Trust me. A bunny might look innocent, but they're really good at getting in trouble when loose in the house. They believe everything is there for them to chew on. There's been a few times when I've fallen asleep with the rabbits loose in my room. They can destroy a book, and eat a decent hunk of a furniture leg in a short time.
