Put the whole can in the freezer, then let it thaw just enough so it's slushy (or, just freeze enough til it's slushy), open, grab a spoon and go for it!!

All the lychee-flavored stuff I've had were Japanese imports. Would I be likely to find normal lychee at an Asian market? :shrug:
