Please answer this question for me...
How the hell does the show "This Week In Baseball" qualify as educational and instructional childrens programming? For some reason, my local FOX affiliate thinks that this show can be used to meet their children's programming obligations.

it's because they've got that STUPID little animated baseball that squeaks things like, "HEY, kids, you know why it's called a 'fast ball' ?" GAAAAHHHHH!!! He even gets on my Kids' nerves.
