Actually, I think I've been using the word "actually" too much

I mean, is it actually better to say, "Actually, you're right," than to just say, "You're right"? Earlier tonight I told somebody, "Actually, I'm quite well behaved," when I think it would have been better if I had actually said, "I'm quite well behaved."

Do you think I actually have a point here? Or am I actually making a big deal about nothing?
