I am so psyched to have a chance to meet Gore in person. I am working on what I will say to try to convince him to run in '08. What would you say?

Our film, "Can Mr. Smith Get to Washington Anymore?" has its world premiere at the festival on June 16. Here is our write-up from the press release:

"CAN MR. SMITH GET TO WASHINGTON ANYMORE?/ USA (Director:Frank Popper)_The upstart campaign of politically savvy and energetic newcomer Jeff Smith, run by college student volunteers, takes on the Missouri political establishment with moxie, if not money. Special discussion with filmamker Frank Popper, featured subject Jeff Smith and oter subjects including Communications Director Clay Haynes (sic) and Campaign Manager Artie Harris (sic), introduced by WAMU's Kojo Nnamdi. World Premiere."

Does anyone listen to Kojo? What is he like?

Any DUers in D.C. on June 16th are invited to attend our premiere. I will have tickets for anyone who PMs me and says they will be there.
