Because if the CIA really did kill Kennedy, then * would never have been able to kill the CIA. A conspiracy theory we can put to rest now.
Rumor has it the plan is to get rid of the CIA and put everything under military intelligence. That way the creeps in the WH can get their hands on the CIA files and blackmail many people.
