I got in about 3:30 p.m. I have a few more things to do and then I can leave.
I had a relaxing morning and afternoon. I was just chilling out in bed watching TV. Then I had lunch, took a shower and shave and came into work.

I am just taking care of my softball package that runs in every Monday's edition.
I have done two things and I have two more things to go and then I am done.
I might see what my cousin is up to later.
I called him last night but he was going to this bar in another town and I didn't feel like driving there after work last night. So I might try and meet up with him. I hope he's hungry, cause I am. I can go for some grub and a beer.

22. I just got a surprise

I just learned that it is ekadasi tomorrow. (That means the 11th day after purnima - don't ask). I thought that was on tuesday. We follow restricted diet on ekadasi days. So I am hastily cooking my ekadasi lunch now for tomorrow at work.

Suddenly ember days, or vigils creap up on one as a surprise. I always see them coming about a month in advance, then forget totally :eyes:

I'm actually in the middle of making soup - and indeed I should vanish now to sort it out, it's probably had long enough simmering away to itself.

The cream always seems to slip in every week - whatever I'm doing, I really don't understand that. :eyes:

I love the smell on fennel, which meant that I was sniffing the bulb for ages before I started to cook - what a damn loon.
