phrasing is far neater. There's also a usage common in sports to describe the potentially winning goal in a match e.g. 'in the 87th minute that last one could be the decider'

Technically it might be a real word...but if it is it's rarely used, clumsy, and just plain stupid-sounding. Of course, so is MOST of what comes out of his mouth...
