Is Decider a real word? or is it a Bushism?

7. it is a real word (for once), it denotes the one who decides, IMO your

phrasing is far neater.

There's also a usage common in sports to describe the potentially winning goal in a match e.g. 'in the 87th minute that last one could be the decider'
