G&T -- do you use lime juice, and if so, from a lime, from a bottle, or the Rose's lime juice (sweetened)?

2. Rose's lime juice
Its sweetness offsets the overall tartness of the drink, and best of all, I can avoid having little dessicated limes sitting all over the refrigerator!

Bisquick, or flour plus other stuff, or what?

Maple syrup?

God, I love pancakes. Mom used to make me pancakes and eggs for a 'midnight snack'. Comfort food.

5. A multi-grain mix
which I got from Sunflower Market, (regional health-food chain) plus strawberries, buttermilk, cinnamon, and two-time regional Grammy Award-winner maple syrup (gratuitous Mr. Show reference).

they sound delicious!

I live in a veeerrrry rural area, no such thing as fancy pancake mix here, but I'll be on the lookout for it (or maybe find it online?).
